They have proven their expertise in writing efficient, well-documented code that runs fast and without errors. I cannot recommend the Thin Tank depot team enough. Our next project is already being written, and CI has already won the job. They will be our development team for all future projects.

It took me 5 tries to finally find somebody good," was our friends comment about outsourcing. Well, we got lucky! Think Tank Depot was our first choice and it has been a fantastic experience. While working a project via instant messaging and email isn't easy - Mohit,Pramod and their team at ThinkTankDepot are great at interpreting our needs and turning them into a deliverable. We felt comfortable sending them back to the drawing board multiple times to make sure we got it right. It wasn't that they were getting it wrong - it's just very difficult to explain how we envision something working. For the most part they were building exactly what we were describing - we just weren't describing it very well. He perceived not only technical issues before they happened, he saw the business issues before they happened. That alone we estimate will save us 5k a year - and it wasn't a technical issue - it was an issue with our business strategy! That's what I'm talking about - Mohit,Pramod and their team at ThinkTankDepot is one smart Indian - and very patient with Yankees! Another thing, Mohit,Pramod and their team at ThinkTankDepot's not a dork. I've dealt with a lot of developers that have no personality, no sense of humor, and no life outside of being a geeky programer. Now while Mohit,Pramod and their team at ThinkTankDepot is a technical genius - he's also been a great business partner. And while I've never met him in person or even talked on the phone with him - I totally trust him as a friend and as someone that has a sincere interest in making my business dream a reality. Don't use him too much though - I need him for other.
